Carl has a broad advocacy and civil litigation practice that includes disputes involving corporate litigation, commercial litigation, construction, builders liens, shareholder and real estate disputes. Carl received his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia where he received awards in trial advocacy and insurance law. Carl was also a winner of the 2017 B.C. Law Schools Carl da Luz, Associate Competitive Moot. While a law student, he conducted trials in B.C.'s Provincial Court in both civil and criminal law matters. He now represents clients before both the B.C. Provincial Court and Supreme Court.
